What is the return policy?

Since the Gua Sha Horn is a personal care product only unused and undamaged items are accepted. You may register your return within 30 days after receiving your order with a picture of the item. Contact us at info@urbanatelierstore.com, with your order number, name and the product you would like to return with the reason why.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the refund policy?

Once received and checked your return, further information will be let known whether it has been approved. If approved, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.

Note that return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise
